Join the International Lounge Foundation for their annual Flying High Tea on August 3rd starting at 2pm in the International Lounge at Gander Airport.
Featuring Newfoundland Tea Co. tea and all the usual high tea favourites - cucumber sandwiches, scones, and much more!
In order to accommodate all parties and maximum capacity, table arrangements may be altered. Please send and email to ilf@ganderairport.com to ensure your party is seated together.
Ticket prices are $45+HST

In this cult classic, sweethearts Brad (Barry Bostwick) and Janet (Susan Sarandon), stuck with a flat tire during a storm, discover the eerie mansion of Dr. Frank-N-Furter (Tim Curry), a transvestite scientist. As their innocence is lost, Brad and Janet meet a houseful of wild characters, including a rocking biker (Meat Loaf) and a creepy butler (Richard O'Brien). Through elaborate dances and rock songs, Frank-N-Furter unveils his latest creation: a muscular man named "Rocky."

High tea is back! This summer the International Lounge Foundation (ILF) hosted it’s very first event - the celebratory Flying High Tea during the Festival of Flight. We are excited to say that we are following that up with our next event, Fall High Tea. In fact, it is our hope to offer high tea about four times a year, one for each season with Flying High Tea as a slightly more elaborate annual anniversary event.
We invite you to join us in the International Lounge on Saturday, November 4th at 2:00 pm for all the usual high tea favourites - cucumber sandwiches, scones and sweets! You can also expect to see some gin & tea cocktails and some bubbly, served from the bar.
The table is set and we look forward to seeing you there!

Gallery Exhibit Presentation - June 4th at 2:30pm
The Newfoundland and Labrador College of Social Workers presents the history of their work practice through a gallery exhibition located in Gander International Airport's very own Gallery '59. This exhibition will include an in-depth presentation in The Globe Theatre to bring insight into the significance of their work here in Newfoundland and Labrador.
